Human Resources Specialists
Human resources specialists maintain employee relations on behalf of a company. They screen, recruit, interview and place workers. They are charged with ensuring that employees are satisfied and work to the best of their ability.
Human resources specialists need a minimum education of a bachelor’s degree. Degrees in human resources are typically not offered until the graduate level, so human resource specialists pursue degrees in business or similar majors.
