The Missouri Health Careers Virtual Reality Headset brings health care pathways to life, allowing users to explore diverse roles found inside and beyond the hospital walls. Through high-quality, scenario-based simulations, participants can step into careers such as EMT, radiologic technologist, phlebotomist, pharmacy technician, medical assistant, and many more.

Individuals can engage with hands-on tasks, follow real clinical workflows, and see how every role contributes to patient care and hospital operations. This interactive tool is ideal for career days, classroom demonstrations, outreach events, and workforce development initiatives.

The VR equipment is available for loan to Hospital Talent Pipeline Program leads, AHEC staff, and HOSA advisors.
