The Kansas City Metropolitan Healthcare Council (KCMHC) partnered with Real World Learning is providing a hands-on, immersive day designed to take you beyond textbooks and into the real world of health care careers — the ones your students have probably never heard of. Think about respiratory therapy, laboratory science, health care IT, sterile processing, health information management, and so many more. You’ll hear from professionals who’ve built incredible careers in these fields, then visit a health care facility to see it all firsthand.
